Ice Cream Birthday Party {Kapri is ONE!} planning a party on a budget

My Little Girl turned ONE!

For Kapri's Party I decided to go with an ice cream theme.
Did you know Sunday was national Ice Cream day? Thought it was a great way to celebrate.

We made Ice Cream Cone Cake Pops.
They were DELICIOUS!!!
Made with sugar cones, white cake, cheesecake frosting,
white chocolate, and sprinkles on top.
Is your mouth watering?
We had homemade vanilla Ice cream, and candy topping's
The cake was banana, with cream cheese frosting.
I purchased the cake for $7 at Fred Myers Bakery
I framed her invitation in a vintage frame from The Jenna Rose Collection
the pink matched perfectly
The banner is a printable available in the shop.
I hung it from tulle, with fabric scraps and ribbon.
Would you like a tutorial on how to make this banner?
The balloons, lanterns, glass bowls, streamers, Ice cream toppings are from Dollar Tree.
All for under $20!!
 We got swirly straws for the kids. {also from Dollar Tree}
Cutler loved using them as swords, flinging root beer EVERYWHERE.
Kapri Loved her first taste of Cake and Ice Cream. She could not get it into her mouth fast enough.
Happy Birthday Kapri!
The year has gone by way too fast.
